Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Short version: this website does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising cookies. It’s a static informational site about the io2p protocol.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Maeconomy B.V. (Netherlands). For any privacy questions, email info@maeconomy.org. Our company details are on the Imprint page.
2. What we collect
Nothing, currently. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not ask you to create an account or submit forms on this site.
Two ordinary exceptions apply, neither of which we control beyond normal operation:
- Hosting logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly process technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to serve pages securely. We do not use these logs to identify or profile you.
- Email you send us. If you contact us at the address above, we receive your message and reply to it. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
3. Cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port any personal data we hold, and to object to processing. Since the only personal data we may hold is an email you chose to send us, exercising these rights is usually as simple as emailing info@maeconomy.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
5. Changes
If we ever add analytics, forms, or other data processing, we’ll update this page first. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
